DTM Classic at Norisring 2026

Yes, the DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters) was even in 2026 the main act at the Norisring in a sunny July, but even this year the organisers tried to pep-up the show by presenting the ten-thousands of fans a small review of the history of this championship.

So aproximately a dozen of historic cars were seen in action. Among them technical treats like the Ford Sierra Cosworth, BMW M3, Mercedes 190E Evo, AMG C-Klasse, Opel Omega and Toyota Supra. Sadly, great names in the cockpits like Klaus Ludwig, Christian Danner or Hans-Joachim Stuck were missing this year. Even the well-announced patron of this class Prince Leopold of Bavaria could not attend the meeting. So, lets hope for a better executed „historical part" at the Norisring in 2027!
