The fun and games begin on Saturday with 150 cars competing in some eight different championships at the Members Meeting. And possibly for the first time, this one day event will include both 'long' and 'short' courses with combined fastest times counting. Very few drivers have driven the 'short' course so, with only one practice, things should be very interesting. Retro-Speed's editor #185 (Daimler Conquest Century) will be attempting to beat his own personal best, which might well happen as the weather looks good and the car is at last running as it should. 

Come Sunday and with it, the annual Bugatti Owners Club Garden Party, so the pressure is off. Instead there will be much socialising, picnicking, and untimed runs up the hill where drivers of exotic machinery will be on hand to entertain one and all.
