Trackrod Rally Yorkshire 2025

Tuesday 222nd July 2025

Entries for the 2025 Trackrod Rally Yorkshire (26/27 September) will open on Friday August 8 and the event organisers are expecting strong demand for the 180 available places.

The popular Yorkshire event is a round of the Protyre BTRDA Rally Series and the final round of the Fuchs Motorsport UK British Historic Rally Championship as well as eight other championships and will build on success of the 2024 event. Event regulations will be published on Friday August 1 and the window for placing entries will open on Friday August 8 at 1900. the entry system will then be paused at 12noon on Sunday August 10. At that point, a total of 150 entries will be allocated by a random process and a request for payment will be sent to those 150 prospective competitors. Subject to the level of demand, the entry system will then re-open and the organisers will reserve the final 30 places to be allocated at their discretion. A full entry fee refund, less £20 to cover card payment fees, will be available for any entry that is cancelled by the closing date specified in the regulations.

Marshals to be rewarded

The event organisers are once again seeking the support of marshals and radio crews to help make the event run smoothly. Each volunteer will receive a traditional mug and pen plus a gift from Ring Automotive, one of the event supporters. As in previous years, £2000 in cash will be allocated for a random draw covering each signed-on volunteer and 20 awards of £100 bank transfer payments will be made to the first 20 names drawn. Marshals can register via www.rallystageteam.co.uk or e-mail the Chief Marshal at:marshals@rallyyorkshire.co.uk for more details. Anyone who is new to marshalling and would like to make a start; the Motorsport UK website has lots of information here: www.motorsportuk.org/get-started/volunteering/marshalling/ New volunteers attending the Trackrod will be paired with experienced marshals to help them gain experience.
