RETRO RACING at the WINTON FESTIVAL of SPEED

Check out the exciting world of Historic Motorsport with Retro Racing at the Winton Festival of Speed this July! With over 300 of Australia's best Race Cars including feature races from Group N with the 50KM Enduro Cup and Group C & A and new for 2026 the Porsche 'Fitzy Cup' plus a grand display of show cars each day over the weekend at Australia's Action Track - Winton Raceway.

Racing Categories this year include Historic Touring Cars from the 1960s through to the 1990s, with Heritage Touring Cars - Group C & A and NEW for 2026 Porsche 'Fitzy Cup' for Racing Porsches between 1990 and 2010, Group N as well as HQ Racing, MG Racing, Touring Car Tributes, Formula Ford, 5Litre Touring Cars and others.

There's nothing quite like the thunder of these historic machines attacking the unique and challenging layout that Winton raceway offers. To this day the best of the best in Australian Motorsport still uses and love this track for what it offers, you will too.  

With multiple clear and visible spectator viewing points around the circuit you won't miss a second of the action. Enjoy full access that will see you walking through the garages, talking to the drivers, touching the cars and soaking in the wonderful sounds and aromas of this iconic circuit that was established in 1961. 

In conjunction with proud VHRR supporters, there will be over 500 stunning car club vehicles on display around the circuit.  

The 2026 theme will be Retro Racing Celebrating 'The Fitzy Cup' which will be a grid full of Peter Fitzgerald built and raced Porsches, as well as all other race-spec Porsches built between 1990-2010.

Expect to see some great cars out on the track in the Group C & A Twilight Enduro Race where the car will light up at night.
